As a developer of an affiliate platform, I need an affiliate account set up in the Teak Sandbox environment to gain access to the system and to test our implementation.

1. Work with a member from Teak to set up a Sandbox Affiliate Account
   1. Affiliate Name
   2. Product
   3. Pricing
   4. Policy
2. Work with a member from Teak to setup Sandbox Users
   1. Email Address
   2. First Name
   3. Last Name

Expected Outcome:

1. Sandbox API keys will be generated for the Affiliate
   1. public_key
   2. secret_key
2. A User account is created in the Sandbox Client Dashboard
