Refund Request Approved - Optional

As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a refund request is approved so that the ticketing platform can cancel/void the barcode so the customer cannot get a refund and still attend the event.

This is important to know so the customer doesn’t receive two refunds—one from Teak and another from the ticketing platform.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Subscribe to the Refund Request Approved Notification in the Client Dashboard

  2. Verify that when a refund rquest is approved, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.

  3. As a Teak Team member to help approve a refund request.

Expected Outcome:

  1. The ticketing platform is alerted each time the Teak System approves a refund request.
