Refund Request Pending Agent Review - Optional
As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a refund request is pending agent review, so the ticketing platform can be aware of activity in the Teak system.
This information is helpful when the ticketing platform has to service a customer.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Subscribe to the
Refund Request Pending Agent ReviewNotification in the Client Dashboard.- https://dashboard.sandbox.helloteak.com/notifications/
- Verify that when a refund request is pending agent review, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.
- Ask a Teak Team member to help put a refund request into pending agent review.
Expected Outcome:
- The ticketing platform is alerted each time a refund request is put into pending agent review in the Teak system.
