Refund Request Pending Agent Review - Optional

As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a refund request is pending agent review, so the ticketing platform can be aware of activity in the Teak system.

This information is helpful when the ticketing platform has to service a customer.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Subscribe to the Refund Request Pending Agent Review Notification in the Client Dashboard.
  2. https://dashboard.sandbox.helloteak.com/notifications/
  3. Verify that when a refund request is pending agent review, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.
  4. Ask a Teak Team member to help put a refund request into pending agent review.

Expected Outcome:

  1. The ticketing platform is alerted each time a refund request is put into pending agent review in the Teak system.
