Refund Request Denied - Optional
As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a refund request is denied, so the ticketing platform can be aware of activity in the Teak system.
This information is helpful when the ticketing platform has to service a customer.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Subscribe to the
Refund Request DeniedNotification in the Client Dashboard.- Verify that when a refund requst is denied, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.
- Ask a Teak Team member to help deny a refund request.
Expected Outcome:
- The ticketing platform is alerted each time a refund request is denied in the Teak system.
