Contract Issued - Optional

As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a contract is issued so that the ticketing platform can keep track.

This information is essential so that when Teak sends the invoice, you can reconcile the orders/contracts with the invoice.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Subscribe to the Contract Issued Notification in the Client Dashboard.
   1. https://dashboard.sandbox.helloteak.com/notifications/
2. The preferred method is Webhook, but Email works as well.
3. Verify that the notification is triggered when a contract is issued and the ticketing platform is alerted.
