Refund Request Created - Optional

As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a refund requst is created, so the ticketing platform can be aware of activity in the Teak system.

This information is helpful when the ticketing platform has to service a customer.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Subscribe to the Refund Request Created Notification in the Client Dashboard.
    1. https://dashboard.sandbox.helloteak.com/notifications/
  2. Verify that when a refund request is created, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.
  3. As a Teak Team member to help create a refund request.

Expected Outcome:

  1. The ticketing platform is alerted each time a customer submits a refund request to Teak.
