Sent with resource: "Policy" when the protection on an item changes, one webhook per item.

Every event below has the same payload shape. Pick one from Examples to see its payload.

`action`	Event	Needed?	Fires when
`Issued`	Contract Issued	Required	Protection is issued on an item, shortly after you submit the order. Sent once for each protected item.
`Voided`	Contract Void	Required	Protection is voided, usually because the customer voided it (`status: "voided"`) or because the order didn't pass Teak's checks (`status: "rejected"`).
`Canceled`	Contract Canceled	Optional	Issued protection is canceled, for example because the ticket was resold.
`Chargeback`	Contract Chargeback	Optional	Protection is canceled because of a chargeback on the purchase.
`On_Hold`	Contract On Hold	Optional	Issuing the protection is on hold, so it isn't active yet.
`Upgraded`	Contract Upgraded	Optional	The item is exchanged for a higher-priced one.
`Downgraded`	Contract Downgraded	Required if customers can exchange items	The item is exchanged for a lower-priced one.
`Exchanged`	Contract Exchanged	Optional	The item is exchanged for another one at the same price.

sha256: followed by a base64-encoded HMAC-SHA256 of the raw request body, keyed with your subscription's secret. Without a secret, contains t: <unix timestamp> instead. See Verifying webhook signatures.

Respond with any 2xx status within 10 seconds, after storing the event. Teak retries only when it can't connect or your endpoint times out.
