End a customer's protection on one item without a refund from Teak. Use it when the item is refunded outside the look period, or when the ticket is transferred or resold: protection doesn't transfer to a new owner.

After a cancel:

• The customer can't void the contract or request a refund under it.
• Teak still invoices you for the contract.
• No refund of the protection price is due.

A contract can be canceled at any time, unless it has a refund request that isn't denied or closed.
