Policy Void - Required

As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a customer voids/cancels their Refund Protection so that the ticketing platform can refund the customer the cost of the Refund Protection.

As a ticketing platform collecting the cost of Refund Protection on behalf of Teak, each time a customer voids/cancels their refund protection, the ticketing platform must refund the customer's money.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Subscribe to the Policy Void Notification in the Client Dashboard.
   1. https://dashboard.sandbox.helloteak.com/notifications/
2. The preferred method is Webhook, but Email works as well.
3. Verify that when a policy is voided, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.
4. Ask a Teak Team member to help Void a Policy
