Policy on Hold - Optional

As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a Policy is placed on hold so I know the customer attempted to purchase protection but failed to pay.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Subscribe to the Policy On Hold Notification in the Client Dashboard
    1. Teak Dashboard > Notifications
  2. The preferred method is Webhook, but Email works as well.
  3. Verify that when a Policy is placed “On Hold”, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.
  4. Ask a Teak Team member, to help place an Order On Hold for testing purposes.

Expected Outcome:

  1. The ticketing platform is alerted when a policy is placed On Hold
