Policy on Hold - Optional
As a developer of a ticketing platform, I need the ability to set a notification that alerts me each time a Policy is placed on hold so I know the customer attempted to purchase protection but failed to pay.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Subscribe to the Policy On Hold Notification in the Client Dashboard
- The preferred method is Webhook, but Email works as well.
- Verify that when a Policy is placed “On Hold”, the notification is triggered, and the ticketing platform is alerted.
- Ask a Teak Team member, to help place an Order On Hold for testing purposes.
Expected Outcome:
- The ticketing platform is alerted when a policy is placed On Hold
